1. AI reset planning and privacy boundaries

By default, LumaRoom uses AI processing to generate room analysis and reset suggestions from sanitized structured room evidence and user-approved compressed reference images. We do not upload raw camera frames, raw scans, RoomPlan captures, room mesh or USDZ files, depth maps, pixel buffers, camera transforms, camera intrinsics, local file identifiers, or complete local room history.

2. Data you provide or create

• Room profiles, scan summaries, Room Memory, reset tasks, Pulse Check results, before/after records, experiments, and reports may be stored locally on your device.
• Before/after photos are saved locally only when you capture or choose them. Sharing or exporting local files requires your explicit action.
• If you create or bind an account, we may process account identifiers, username, email address, verification state, login session, linked Apple account identifiers and, where available, linked Google account identifiers, and support-related messages.

3. Backend account, subscription, and usage data

Our backend may process anonymous user identifiers, account identifiers, entitlement state, subscription records, StoreKit transaction verification data, usage counters, privacy consent records, product events, support events, and deletion requests. This data is used for app functionality, account recovery, subscription restoration, fraud prevention, support, and service reliability.

4. AI processing

LumaRoom may send sanitized structured room signals, room scores, issue summaries, reset verification summaries, recent reset history summaries, and up to three user-approved compressed reference images to the backend and a third-party AI provider for AI analysis. We do not persist base64 image bodies in analysis audit records. We reject raw media, local file identifiers, and raw runtime fields at the backend boundary.

5. Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We receive subscription and entitlement information needed to unlock features and restore purchases, but we do not receive your full Apple payment card details.

6. No third-party advertising tracking

LumaRoom does not use collected data for third-party advertising tracking. We do not declare tracking domains in the app privacy manifest.

7. Data deletion

You may delete local app data in the app. You may also request backend account and server-side data deletion from Account deletion or by emailing support@lumaroomdaily.com. Apple subscription cancellation must be managed through Apple account settings.

8. Children

LumaRoom is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. We will revise the date above and, when appropriate, request renewed consent for material privacy changes.
