LumaRoom subscriptions are for ongoing room reset value: daily plans, Pulse Checks, Room Memory, weekly experiments, monthly reports, and eligible Pro exports. Apple shows the final price and offer before purchase.LumaRoom 订阅用于持续房间重置价值：每日计划、Pulse Check、房间记忆、周实验、月度报告和符合条件的 Pro 导出。Apple 会在购买前展示最终价格和优惠。

Subscription Details

Available membership features

Depending on the selected tier and current App Store availability, subscription features may include daily reset plans, Pulse Checks, Room Memory, multi-room support, weekly experiments, monthly reports, AI usage, PDF export, and restore purchases.

PDF export

PDF export is available through eligible Pro access in this version. LumaRoom does not sell a separate report purchase.

Billing and renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings after purchase.

Trials, offers, and price changes

If a free trial, introductory offer, promotional offer, or price change is available, Apple shows the final details before purchase. Availability may vary by storefront, eligibility, and App Store configuration.

Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the app to refresh eligible App Store entitlements on your device and other Apple devices signed in with the same Apple Account.

Optional marketplace remedies

LumaRoom may suggest optional furniture, lighting, storage, or decor remedies. Physical goods and external marketplace purchases are not subscription benefits and are not required to use the app.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple. Use Apple’s purchase history or report-a-problem flow for refund requests.

PDF 导出

PDF 导出目前通过符合条件的 Pro 权益提供。当前版本不销售单独的报告购买项目。

计费和续订

  • 确认购买后，费用会记入你的 Apple 账号。
  • 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅会自动续期。
  • 你的账号可能会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内被收取续订费用。
  • 购买后，你可以在 Apple 账号设置中管理或取消订阅。

试用、优惠和价格变化

如果存在免费试用、首购优惠、促销优惠或价格变化，Apple 会在购买前显示最终细节。可用性可能因商店地区、资格和 App Store 配置而不同。

恢复购买

你可以在应用内使用 Restore Purchases，在当前设备和使用同一 Apple 账号登录的其他 Apple 设备上刷新符合条件的 App Store 权益。

可选商品建议

LumaRoom 可能建议可选家具、灯光、收纳或装饰方案。实物商品和外部商城购买不是订阅权益，也不是使用应用的必要条件。

退款

退款请求由 Apple 处理。请通过 Apple 购买历史或 report-a-problem 流程提交退款请求。
